If you are struggling with health problems a consultation will help to identify the

underlaying issues that your body is trying to functionally adapt to. 

Herbal medicine treats the person not the disease so it has something to offer

everyone. I often see patients presenting with:

illness ~ muscular skeletal aches and pains. 


   A consultation usually takes an hour and I will ask questions about your medical

history, nutrition, diet, lifestyle and cover an assessment of all your bodily systems

which then gives me a clear picture of the unique way your body works and what it

needs to remain in a balanced healthy state.

  I will then recommend appropriate diet, supplements(I will recommend brands

​and dose) and lifestyle activities(that  work for you in your daily life) and make a

bespoke prescription of herbs which may be a liquid mix or teas and or topical

​ gels or balms. 

Initially you will get 2.5weeks of medicine after which we can review by follow up

consultation or by WhatsApp messenger.


Acute Common minor illness  eg seasonal viral illnesses(cough, cold, sore

​throats, flu), cystitis, skin infections etc a 15min consultation is enough to prescribe

a mix that will shorten severity and duration of symptoms and reduce the risk of

secondary infections and or complications. These can be arranged at short

​notice. 


Herbal Medicine Safe to Take With Other Medication?  

Herbal medicine is often.safe to take with conventional medication. Medical

Herbalists are trained to prescribe safely and be aware of possible herb-drug

interactions and are taken into account when formulating a prescription. As a

nurse I am very experienced with orthodox prescription meds. 

Side-effects associated with. taking herbal medicine are very rare.

I work on a sliding scale for my consultation fees (guide below) allowing you to

pay as your income allows. 

First consultation  £20 / £30 / £40 / £50 / £60 / £70

Follow-up consultations £20

Short consultation for minor common acute illness £20

Tincture mix 100mls -£8

Herbal Teas 100g £10

Gel/Balm 30g £8.50
